About Us
The Bowling Association for the Disabled (Singapore)
which is the National Disability Sports Association (NDSA) for Tenpin Bowling, aims at helping people cope with their impairment and live life to the fullest by integrating themselves into mainstream society through sports. In this case, it is this passion of bowling that unites these individuals with impairment. The primary objectives of the association are to:
- Provide support and nurture self-confidence for people with impairment.
- Promote the sports of bowling amongst people with impairment in Singapore.
- Offer coaching and other technical knowledge whilst providing suitable facilities to advance the cause of para bowling in Singapore.
- Promote and encourage participation of bowlers with impairment from Singapore who are interested in para bowling in international, regional, local or other championships and events.
